Its a photo sharing website that allows link in the comments.Also you can use simple HTML for the links.Some of the galleries have PR4 and PR5 and there are quite a few with PR2-3.

Driving massive traffic to your website should result in massive income - that’s just plain common sense. If 100 visitors a day make you an average of $100, then logic dictates that 1000 visitors a day should make you $1000. Pretty simple, huh?
But if you’re not well-versed in how to pay less for that traffic than what you bring in, well, that’s a losing proposition. Losing big money on an advertising campaign is discouraging enough that it’s driven many out of the internet marketing business altogether.

Ever wonder why, when searching for something, so many Software Shareware types of sites seem to be returned in the results?
Because Search Engines Love Them!
And software developers have known this for years - a great way to obtain backlinks and boost traffic is to submit products to these sites as Freeware or Shareware.
I don't Have A Software Product :(
That's OK, because you can still take your Ebooks, Reports, Videos and so forth and convert them to executable files (.exe) and submit their PAD Files to Shareware sites.

You only need to be on the Internet for all of five minutes before you learn that Blogging is one of the best possible ways to build back links and traffic to your web sites.
Search Engines, Especially Google, Absolutely Love Blogs!
The problem is, in order to manage 100's of Blogs, you either need a large staff to get everything posted or a way to automate the process as much as possible. At Incansoft, we prefer automation - it not only saves you money better spent on other things, it allows you to stay in control.
