I just wanted to post an update of my experience with Globolstaff, because after a year without working with Globolstaff, I am back working with them with great results.

About 1 year ago I hired 1 staffer who worked for me for about 2 months. He set up about 150 WordPress minisites, with killer logos and design to them. I can apply a theme, but he really made them look great.

Now, fast forward to today and I have hired 2 full-time staffers, Ms. Sophia and Ms. Brenda, who have been working with me for about a month now.

10. Google scraping for images and links.
11. Article submission.
12. Directory submission.
13. Social bookmarking.
14. Forum posting.
15. etc...

I write all of my instruction files for them, so they follow my exact process, but they've got their own skill set of tasks and methods as well.

These folks are fast. One time I watched one of the staffers work via Teamviewer to troubleshoot a problem they were having with my process (which turned out to be my fault) - and I was amazed at how fast they were blazing through the task. They're working me to death just to keep up with them - just to keep them busy with work files. Their communication and technical skills are strong. Usually I just have to send them an instruction file with a spreadsheet of variables to work from, and I get a very detailed report when I wake up showing that all the work has been done. Sometimes I have to clarify an instruction, here or there, or answer a quick question - and they're back to work.

These guys are great - and I can't recommend them enough. Tony Ng is the owner of Globolstaff and he is a total class act. He's put together an office full of very hard working staffers, and also put in place an effective management staff to make sure everything works like clockwork. I've got to give a big shout out to Ms. Cathy, one of the managers at GS. She's such a great person to work with, and probably the fastest and most knowledgeable person there. I asked Tony if I could hire her - and he said "no way" - that was his manager!
