I am currently using them, I only started 15 days ago, but I think you guys are worried about too much.
How is their staff turn-over?...who cares..they specialize in this so they understand the basics of backlinking, linkwheeling etc...when they say train they mean more like get to know your particular site. It's not like a whole big training session you have to do.

How hard do you need to ride these guys to keep them productive? You have to provide the links or instructions on how to find links. If they have to find them, you will get less productivity, if you provide the links they crank it out. I talk to my guy everyday to make sure he has enough work. My biggest problem is find more links for him...they crank that shit OUT!
Do they provide any weekly/monthly report....This is the beauty...they are 14 hours ahead of us (PST anyway) I wake up 6 days a week with a report waiting in my email.
So to answer you question, you get a DAILY report.
What infrastructure do they provide....who cares, the work gets done!
Rates.... well, you tell me if it's worth $350, if you find a better deal let me know!

They are really good if you ask me, I have a full time person, and they even told me the supervisors have to check the work before sending the reports daily! At the end of the day you got a full time employee for $350/month 8 hours a day 5.5 days a week. Try it if you don't like it, stop using them.
