Very easy to share a Google Spreadsheet to anyone with 2 steps.
1.    Open a Spreadsheet file, go Share => Get the link to share

2.    Select Allow anyone with the link to view (no sign-in required)
(Note: NOT check in Also allow them to edit) => copy URL

3. Save & Close
